A grocery agent with a fail-closed guardrail

Constrained basket optimization across cost, nutrition, and trip limits, the LLM only handles substitutions. On-device CV (YOLOE, OWLv2, OCR), live retail-API integration, receipt-reconciled verified savings, and an allergen guardrail that fails closed.
